Here is a very easy millet dosa recipe using pearl millet.
This is a tasty and healthy brekfast especially for those who are health conscious and want to reduce weight.This can be served with chutney or any other gravy.

I have used pearl millet to prepare this dosa.
You need to sock one cup of pearl millet whole night so that it will be easy to grind.

Millet dosa recipe using pearl millet

Ingredients:

socked pearl millet: 1 cup
Grated coconut: 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil

Preparation:

Wash and drain socked pearl millet, add coconut, salt, water and grind it so that the consistancy of batter is thin as that of neer dosa(plain dosa without fermentation process).

Apply oil on dosa pan(I used coconut oil), pour dosa batter and spred evenly to make it thin as possible.Cover pan for 10-15 sec and take out dosa from pan.(Always keep stove in medium-low flame as millet dosa has the tendency to brown quickly).
