Marinate 600 gm chicken using 1 tbsp red chillimpowder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp coriander powder and salt, set aside.
Grind almonds and cashew nuts bya adding 1/3 cup of water and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, fry 1 chopped onion until slightly golden brown.
Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes off.
Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Add tomato puree and stir and cook fro 1 minute.
Pour 3/4 cup of water and cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
Now add Almonds-cashew nuts paste and cover for about 2 mintes.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves.
